Hypnotic notes from Jerry's weight loss program. November 10 was my last session with Vince Bravdica, our Center's Hypnotist. In this session Vince set our long term goals to loss up to 4 pounds per week and that my weight goal was to reach 175 pounds in the next 10 weeks. Also he added suggestions to help keep the weight off when I reached my goal weight. This week I have lost another 2 pounds, bringing my total loss to date of 6 lbs. This has been the easiest solution to my weight loss that I have tried. I easily make decisions about portions sizes, skipping snacks and exercise without the usual feeling of being deprived. Until next report.............

Now for the continuing saga of Jerry's weight loss progress with hypnosis from Vince.
November 3rd, I took my second treatment. Since this appointment I have been working out everyday since. And the strange thing is that I am not whining about it. I think about working out and I do. Also, it seems that my meal portions are getting smaller or my plates are getting bigger. I am eating less and enjoying it better. In the last week I have lost 2 additional pounds. Total so far ---4 lbs. Further I have discovered that their are nutritional information on the backs of food packages. And I am reading them. I guess there is a first time for everything. Say tuned for more.........

On October 20, I meet with Vince, our hypnotist, for our first session for weight loss.
This session was about an hour. Here he went for in depth about programming my mind to eat smaller portions, pick from better food groups, adding more vegetables to my diet and avoiding sweets. He also gave me a cd to listen to that reinforced our session. I was to listen to this once a day. Over the next two weeks I did notice that I was not going back for seconds, my portion sizes were getting smaller and I was OK bypassing the sweets at work and even reduced the amount of soda I was drinking. I found that my urges were decreasing with each week.
After two weeks I am down 2 lbs., which Vince tells me is normal as I am adjusting to the new thought patterns. I should see more results after the next session which took place this morning.
Stay tuned for more updates on my progress.

Thank you Vince for your comment. PUSH Muscle Therapy is excellent for relieving overexerted muscles from athletic events and is very effective for chronic muscle pain. It uses the bodies nervous system to help relax tight, painful muscles. Soft tissue stimulation is applied to the muscles which activate the muscles stretch reflexes and causes the muscle to relax. This relaxation increases blood flow to the muscles, bringing oxygen and nutrients and removing waste materials, creating stronger muscles and healthier muscle tone.

I have been a client of Jerry's for years, and can tell many stories of how I benefited from his services, specifically "Push Therapy". If you're curious about how this can improve your life, you really should talk to the professionals!
